Fireproof marriage

Marriage Class

May 20th - July 29th, 2018

Relationships are wonderful gifts given to us by God. As we read in the Bible, the most-intimate relationship is marriage between a husband and a wife. Unfortunately, relationships today are under more cultural and interpersonal pressure and stress than ever before in our history.

But it doesn't have to be that way. Together, we can make a long-term difference for healthy relationships and marriages - starting with yours!

Join us for this short-term class that will help you and your spouse intentionally focus on your marriage even when life attempts to distract our attention elsewhere.

Women s summer session 2018

Women's Summer Session

June 4th - July 30th, 2018

Thank you for your interest in our Women's Summer Session!

This summer, we're going to relive IF: Gathering 2018, a discipleship conference for women. During our time together, we will look at Paul's letters to Timothy as he reminded him of the power and responsibility of sharing the Gospel. We want to share Jesus in the communities He's placed us, so we're going to gather for the purpose of remembering why following God and sharing Him matters. We all get tired, we all wonder if what we're doing matters, so IF:Gathering 2018 will be the reminder; it will be the celebration. Join us.

$200

Scene work is a vital part of theatre education. In this class, students work in pairs and small groups on short scenes taken from classic plays. Learning and working in these smaller pieces provides an excellent way in which to learn and develop not only an actor’s on-stage skills, but also the off-stage and book work skills an actor must cultivate in order to translate words on a page into something magical and believable on stage. We will explore how to extract clues from scripts about character, environment, and story and then apply those to the acting process. Students will perform their work for a live audience.

Previous acting experience is helpful, but not required for this class.

Awana

Awana 2018

September 12th - April 24th, 2019

$100

Wednesday, September 12, 2018 - Wednesday, April 24, 2019

Location: Eastern Hills Community Church, 25511 E. Smoky Hill Rd, Aurora, CO US 80016

AWANA IS A SPECIAL PROGRAM TO ENCOURAGE KIDS AND FAMILIES TO GROW IN THEIR FAITH.
Awana meets Wednesdays, beginning September 12, 2018.

We start with Puggles which recognizes the learning ability of 2 and 3 year olds by introducing biblical concepts at church and equipping parents to teach them at home.

We welcome all preschoolers who we know will love Cubbies where we celebrate the spiritual potential of 3- to 5-year olds by helping them develop respect for God, His Son and His Word.

Sparks ignites the curiosity of kindergarteners through second-graders to learn about the people and events of the Bible, building a foundation of wisdom for knowing Christ.

The third-graders join the fourth and fifth-graders in T&T where they are engaged by answering their questions about God and the Bible, guiding them through this pivotal life stage to grow in Christ's grace.

Registration includes 1 handbook, 1 uniform your first year in that club (example: 1st year of Cubbies, 1st year of Sparks, etc.), 1 Awana@Ehills bag. 1 Grand Prix car kit. Additional handbooks and replacement uniforms can be purchased Wednesday nights at Awana.

Awana ends 4/24, with the Awana Celebration 5/5
